General Terms and Conditions Casa LaflorNB

These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations and agreements regarding the rental of Casa LaflorNB. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations and Deposits

• Down payment: When making a reservation, a deposit of 25% is required, then another 25% 90 days before arrival, and the remaining amount 30 days before arrival of the total rental price to confirm the booking. This deposit is non-refundable. This means that the deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation of the reservation, regardless of the reason.
• Remaining payment: The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• Late payment: In case of late payment, the reservation may be cancelled.

2. No Subletting

It is not permitted to sublet the accommodation to third parties.

3. Security Deposit and Damage

Upon arrival, a security deposit is required. This deposit serves as coverage for any damage that may occur during the stay. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation upon departure, reduced by any costs for damage or extraordinary cleaning.

If the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the tenant is obligated to pay the remaining amount.

4. Final Cleaning

• The costs for final cleaning are €200.
• These costs are paid upon arrival and noted at the time of reservation.
• The final cleaning includes normal cleaning of the accommodation, but the tenant is requested to leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition.

5. Casa LaflorNB House Rules

During your stay, the house rules of Casa LaflorNB apply. We request that you respect these rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

• Pets: Dogs are allowed provided there has been prior consultation with the owner.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

6. Liability

• Tenant liability: The tenant is responsible for Casa LaflorNB during the stay and must handle the accommodation and facilities with care. Any damage that occurs during the stay will be charged to the tenant.
• Casa Laflor liability: Casa LaflorNB is not liable for loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the stay, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

7. Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations must be communicated via email.
• The 20% deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation, regardless of the timing of cancellation.
• In case of cancellation within 30 days before the check-in date, the full rental price is due.

8. Changes and Updates

• Changes to the terms: Casa LaflorNB reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. We advise you to consult these terms regularly.
• Applicable law: Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.
